Responsibilities

• Agent workspace — Build tools for view member context, manage cases, and take action to speed up agents' day-to-day work.
• Member context and case data — Help surface the right member information to the agent at the right moment.
• Access controls and safety — Develop permissions and guardrails for agent actions on member accounts.
• Integrations — Connect agent tooling with other Chime systems with team support.
• Observability — Add logging, monitoring, and dashboards to track tool performance and catch issues early.
