Akina, Inc. seeks a Full Stack Engineer 3 to lead a small team building analytics and workflow tools in a fast CI/CD environment at Fort Meade, MD. You’ll interface with analysts, operators, and developers to drive high-impact workflows.

You will expand automation, maintain web apps and backend analytics, and work with non-relational databases, while actively soliciting user feedback and breaking work into manageable tasks for the team.

Description:

You will be supporting TAO and working alongside the OIT customer to build and maintain tools that support the operational mission. You will lead a small team which focuses on improving high value workflows throughout TAO. Day to day, you will work within a team of teams, develop solutions iteratively within a fast CI/CD workflow, and operate on feedback from users in real time. You’ll directly interface with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers and see the impact of your work on a daily basis.

Position Required Skills:

• Experience with non-relational databases.
• Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
• Experience with AI assisted development.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with dataflow engineering.
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI for workflow automation.

SWE3 Qualifications:

A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $241k-$295k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
