Base pay range

$170,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Remote – U.S. Based | Healthtech | $150K–$200K + Equity

We’re working with a mission-driven, venture-backed startup transforming access to autism care by empowering behavioral health clinicians to work independently through modern, tech-enabled tools. The company is post-MVP, post-revenue, and growing fast—with real traction, strong product-market fit, and a waitlist of over 200 clinicians.

They’re now looking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help scale the platform and build the next generation of tools for clinicians and patients.

About the Product:

The platform allows ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) specialists to work as freelance practitioners without worrying about billing, logistics, or operations. With strong growth across multiple U.S. states and early funding success, the product is at an exciting inflection point.

You’ll work closely with the founding team and first engineer to expand features, build deeper system layers, and explore automation and AI opportunities using the rich dataset already being collected.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end development across a modern stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL)
• Build new features for both patient- and clinician-facing platforms
• Improve internal tools and workflows to support operations at scale
• Lay the foundation for future AI-enabled functionality (automation, personalization)
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and team processes
• Work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where autonomy is key

What They’re Looking For:

• 5–8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Comfortable owning features from concept to deployment
• Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments
• Bonus: some experience managing or mentoring other engineers
• Bonus: familiarity with healthcare tech (not required)
