CoreReachAI, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale an AI-driven voice and calling app used by property managers. You will work end-to-end from database to UI, collaborating with product, AI voice engineering and customer success.

This hybrid role requires strong TypeScript skills, experience with modern front-end frameworks, and solid API design with SQL databases. You will own reliability, security, and performance, and help review code and tests.

Responsibilities

• Build features across the app from data models and APIs to user interfaces.
• Translate customer data and needs into agent behavior on calls.
• Develop views to review calls, manage emergencies and spot patterns.
• Integrate CoreReach with property management software and other tools.
• Own reliability: monitoring, alerts and fixes for what you build.

CoreReach builds AI voice agents that answer calls for property management companies, day or night. Every call ends up in our app: a summary, a recording, an emergency that needs follow-up. It's also where teams set their on-call schedules, tell the agent about their properties and manage their plan.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll build that app end to end, from the database to the screen a property manager opens first thing in the morning. You'll work closely with product, AI voice engineering and customer success, and ship improvements customers notice. This is a hybrid role, based in our Seattle office 2 to 3 days a week.

What you'll do

• Build features across the app, from data models and APIs to the screens customers use every day
• Turn what customers save in the app into how their agent behaves on calls
• Build the views that help teams review calls, follow up on emergencies and spot patterns
• Connect CoreReach with the property management software and other tools customers already use
• Own reliability for what you build: monitoring, alerts and fixing what breaks
• Keep customer data secure, with careful access control and clean handling of sensitive details
• Review code, write tests and help keep the codebase easy to work in

What we're looking for
