Job summary

Employia G&A Consulting GmbH is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to own products end-to-end, from specification to production. You will build backend systems and APIs, develop user-facing interfaces, integrate AI capabilities, and work directly with customers to deploy improvements.

We value 1+ years shipping production-grade code, strong Python/API/database skills, React frontend experience, and a CS or STEM degree. Experience with AI/ML in production (LLMs, RAG, function calling) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience, particularly with Python, APIs, and databases.
• Experience at a VC-backed startup, founding team, or established technology company with a high engineering bar.
• CS or technical STEM degree from a top program.
• Experience with AI/ML in production, LLMs, RAG, function calling, or multimodal AI is a plus.
• Frontend experience with React and cloud/infrastructure experience are valued.
• Comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $165K–$250K Base + Competitive, Top-of-Market Equity
