Orbis Group in New York is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build high-impact consumer tech products across payments, credit, loyalty and commerce. Join a lean, fast-moving engineering team in NYC and own end-to-end delivery.

You’ll work across the stack with React, TypeScript, Node.js and modern frameworks, shipping features used by millions of members. Expect ownership, ambiguity and rapid iteration on scalable services and delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Next.js and/or React Native.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, APIs, system design and scalable applications.
• Ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and end-to-end development.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Devin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owning projects end-to-end—from technical scoping and architecture through deployment and production support.

New York City | 5 days in-office

$175k–$250k base + equity + annual bonus

What you’ll be working on:

• Owning projects end-to-end, from technical scoping and architecture through deployment and production support.
• Building scalable web applications and backend services using React, TypeScript, Node.js and modern frameworks such as NestJS, Express or Hono.
