Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Full Stack Developer with AI to join our hybrid team in Washington or Texas. You will drive frontend work in React, build backend services using Python/.NET, and deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions in a collaborative Agile setting.

Responsibilities include integrating cloud-based AI tools (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio), implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, scalable architectures within the Azure ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-end development experience, with expertise in React as the preferred front-end framework.
• Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end product features, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, business logic, and data persistence.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or .NET for backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Managed Identity, Azure security concepts, integrations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have
