Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Level 2 – Expert) in Chantilly, VA to support Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, and Digital Policy Management. This role requires a Top Secret/SI clearance with polygraph and will work with a large team to design, develop, and validate software systems in a cloud-enabled environment.

Responsibilities include building, testing, and maintaining software, documenting code, and coordinating with analysts and engineers to meet performance and security

Qualifications

• BS degree required with 11–15 years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience in multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, and/or XML).
• Experience with cloud services and web software development.
• Experience using code repositories such as Git.
• Experience in Windows and/or Unix environments.
• Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide database architectural and design capabilities.
• Develop unit and functional test plans.
• Maintain and operate operational systems.
• Modify software to improve performance or adapt to new hardware.
• Analyze user needs and feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Consult with customers on software design and maintenance.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor performance against specs.
• Document program development and revisions for future reference.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and programmers to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Revise, repair, or expand existing programs for efficiency and new requirements.
