Job summary

B4Corp in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Software Developer to join a 200+ FTE program supporting IdAM/ICAM, authentication and digital policy management. Position requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and offers a salary up to $220,000 per year with core hours 9am–4pm.

The role collaborates with product owners, business analysts and data engineers to translate requirements into scalable, testable software using Scrum.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Develop Java and/or Python applications that leverage Large Language Model (LLM) API calls.
• Utilize Scrum agile techniques to manage workload and incrementally build out applications to meet customer requirements.
• Leverage Amazon Web Services.
• Experience creating RESTful API.
• Ability to write custom scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instances.
• Experience with defining system architectures and design of new features.
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose complex software systems to improve scalability, testability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product owners and analysts.
• Collaborate in Scrum cycles and groom the Jira backlog to deliver iterative improvements.
• Participate in a team rotation of O&M responsibilities and after-hours on-call.
