Job summary

HR India Solutions is seeking a Founding Full Stack Developer to join the founding team, owning product from ideation to production and shaping the technical DNA of the product. You will build with React frontend and Frappe backend, implement tests and CI/CD, own deployment, and collaborate with the founding team on roadmap; remote-friendly with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Frontend: expert in React.js with Redux/Context API.
• Backend: Python and Frappe Framework experience; ERPNext bonus.

• Database: SQL experience (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud: AWS preferred; GCP/Azure valued.
• Agile startup-ready: able to work independently with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

As one of our founding engineers, youll play a pivotal role in product strategy, technical architecture, and future hiring. This isnt just another job its a chance to build, own, and grow something big.

What Youll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product from ideation to production and everything in between.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React (frontend) and Frappe Framework (backend).
• Build fast, ship often but with discipline. Implement robust test suites and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Karate, JUnit, and React Testing Library.
• Own infrastructure and deployment, ensuring high uptime, observability, and alerting across the stack.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product roadmap, business goals, and engineering direction.
• Bring a strong product mindset think about customer value, not just code.
• Contribute to early team culture and help recruit and mentor future engineers.
• Embrace the chaos of early-stage building participate in fast-paced iterations, sprints, code reviews, and daily standups.

What Were Looking For

• Frontend: Expert in React.js, Redux / Context API, and creating responsive, intuitive UIs.
• Backend: Deep experience in Python and Frappe Framework; ERPNext experience is a bonus.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, log monitoring (Datadog, ELK), and container-based workflows.
• Testing: Strong believer in test-driven development with tools like Karate, JUnit, React Testing Library.
• Database: Solid hands-on with SQL (MariaDB, PostgreSQL preferred).
• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. GCP or Azure experience is also valued.
• Agile + Startup-Ready: Agile background, product-first approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal structure.

Bonus Points For

• Building or scaling a SaaS product.
• Prior startup or founding engineer experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Performance optimization experience (front and backend).
