Job summary

HR India Solutions is seeking a Founding Full Stack Developer to join the founding team, owning product from ideation to production and shaping the technical DNA of the product. You will build with React frontend and Frappe backend, implement tests and CI/CD, own deployment, and collaborate with the founding team on roadmap; remote-friendly with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Frontend: expert in React.js with Redux/Context API.
• Backend: Python and Frappe Framework experience; ERPNext bonus.
• DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, log monitoring experience.
• Testing: test-driven development with Karate, JUnit, RTL.
• Database: SQL experience (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud: AWS preferred; GCP/Azure valued.
• Agile startup-ready: able to work independently with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable apps using React and Frappe.
• Implement tests and CI/CD with Jenkins, Karate, JUnit, RTL.
• Own infrastructure, uptime, observability, and alerts.
• Collaborate with founding team on roadmap and engineering direction.
• Contribute to early team culture and mentor engineers.
• Participate in fast-paced iterations, code reviews, standups.
