Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is expanding its software team in Houston to design, develop, document, test, and maintain large-scale proprietary software for internal use. The role serves as a technical expert, participating in the full development life cycle from requirements to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of development experience with Python, Django, REST APIs, and SQL databases, plus familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, CI/CD, and AI/ML concepts for integrating

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Django, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Experience with front-end tech: JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS.
• Familiarity with Linux (CentOS/RedHat/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+.
• Basic AI/ML concepts and integrating AI services into apps.
• Experience with automation scripting in Python and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs, system requirements, and business processes.
• Maintain source code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to design and development.
• Develop customized applications for internal use.
• Identify and debug source issues and provide resolutions.
• Assist with product installations, upgrades, and updates.
