Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-native web applications. You will work on high-visibility initiatives, owning features from concept to production in a contract role based in Newport Beach, CA.

Responsibilities include building React front-ends, Node.js back-end services, and APIs (REST/GraphQL). You will contribute to microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, AWS Cloud Services, Serverless Computing.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
• Experience building external-facing web applications.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps or similar work management platforms.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newport Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
