Hidden Jobs is seeking a mid-level full-stack engineer to build a scalable web platform connecting insurers, repair shops, and data partners. You’ll blend backend service work in Python or Node.js with modern front-end work in React.js, delivering maintainable features and solid interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to ship reliable software, participate in code reviews, and help shape the architecture with a focus on quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Professional backend development experience with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or comparable frameworks such as Vue.js or Next.js.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Solid grasp of web application architecture, Git version control, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with care for code quality and maintainability.
• Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with attention to scalability and performance
• Build new features and refactor existing code for clarity and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python or Node.js
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain delivery quality
• Estimate tasks, track progress, and help the team hit sprint commitments
• Stay current on emerging tools and share knowledge with the team
