What we’re looking for:

• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional development experience.
• Strong backend development experience, particularly in database-related work.
• Hands-on experience with Python or Rust—at least one is required.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS is preferred.
• Meaningful experience incorporating AI into actual development work or implemented solutions, ideally involving projects that reached production.

Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or financial services is a plus.
