The ideal candidate has strong Java and Python backend experience, solid React or Angular frontend skills, and a track record of end-to-end delivery.

.The ideal candidate brings strong backend experience in Java and Python, solid frontend development skills in React or Angular, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications end to end. This person should be equally comfortable designing APIs, integrating data platforms, and building user-facing features that are performant, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack applications across backend and frontend layer


• Develop backend services primarily in Java and Python


• Create responsive user interfaces using React or Angular


• Design and integrate REST APIs and service-oriented application architecture


• Work with Databricks and cloud-based data and application environment


• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that support operational and strategic goals.


• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality.


• Integrate AI components into production applications, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles.


• Deep backend experience with Java and Python

• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.


• Experience working with one of the major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Experience working with Databricks in a production or analytics environments.


• Practical experience integrating AI into applications, including RAG pipelines and LLMs.


• Familiarity with AI code generation tools and modern developer workflows.


• Ability to operate in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in holding company, multi-business, or portfolio company environments.


• Exposure to automotive, media, or adjacent industry ecosystems.


• Experience with scalable data pipelines, distributed systems, or platform engineering.


• Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, or AI application observability.
