Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Python or React (experience with both strongly preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience developing cloud-hosted applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Build scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Develop responsive React applications using modern frontend practices.

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends and drive application functionality.
• Develop cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and AI agents into production applications.

• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability.
