About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide the architecture and design of sophisticated web applications while remaining actively involved in writing code. This senior role is suited to an experienced software architect and developer who enjoys shaping technical direction, solving complex engineering challenges, and helping a team deliver high-quality products. You will work across application layers, contribute to planning, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to align technical delivery with business objectives and compliance requirements.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position for candidates located in the continental United States, excluding the Pacific Time Zone and New York State. The salary range is $175,000–$200,000. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least seven years of relevant professional experience, and two or more years of experience as a team lead or lead architect. You bring strong full stack development skills and are proficient in web application and API development, with deep expertise in C# (.NET Core) and JavaScript or TypeScript. You can make sound architectural decisions, communicate them clearly, and contribute hands‑on code throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience architecting systems for real‑time data, high-performance visualization, or distributed computing is an advantage. Familiarity with containerized deployments, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud or on‑premises architectures is also welcome. Consulting experience and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusable design, and user‑centered workflows in enterprise environments are beneficial.

Support the testing and deployment of products and features, and contribute to continuous improvement across development practices and system design.
