Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation with at least 2+ years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular is essential. Experience working with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. Candidates should have solid experience in database design and management using relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, and be comfortable with SQL optimization. Prior exposure to Agile methodologies, object-oriented programming, and service-oriented architecture is required. Additional preferred skills include experience with Spring Framework, Struts2 MVC, third-party API integrations, and previous team leadership roles. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset are vital for success in this role.
