Job-Hopper is seeking a junior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build and improve the platform that job seekers rely on.

This remote, early-stage role is ideal for a developer with roughly 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to learn, contribute across front end and back end, and grow with senior teammates. We actively support sponsorship for qualified candidates and welcome applicants requiring US work authorization.

Job-Hopper is growing. After launching in 2026, the platform has been gaining steady traction and helping a growing number of job seekers get where they want to go. To keep that momentum, we are expanding our team and looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build and improve the platform that job seekers rely on.

Job-Hopper is not another job board. It is a candidate-centric platform built for one purpose: to give job seekers a real strategic advantage in their search.

To understand what makes it different, it helps to understand how the rest of the industry works. Legacy job boards are funded by employers. Their revenue comes from companies paying to post openings, so their platforms are built to serve those companies - cutting clutter and saving hiring teams time, while pushing the hard work and frustration onto the job seeker. They are free to apply on, but that is precisely the problem. Reaching the interview stage has become daunting. These boards are crowded with ghost jobs, stale postings, and outright fake listings designed to harvest applicant data.

We hear it every day. Job seekers are spending more time and energy than ever with less to show for it: hours of scrolling and applying, hundreds of submissions, and often not even a call back.

The established recruiting professionals behind Job-Hopper heard this same story from candidate after candidate. Many were strong applicants the traditional recruiting model simply could not place. That gap is what led to Job-Hopper. Development began in early 2025, the platform came to life late that year with the help of many stakeholders, and after an initial launch in 2026 it has been gaining traction and helping job seekers ever since.

Job-Hopper starts with the candidate, not the employer. When a user builds their profile, our proprietary AI engine goes to work around the clock. It scans the internet for job postings from every source and vets each one for recency, legitimacy, and quality. When a posting looks off, the engine throws it out.

Once a listing clears that filter, Job-Hopper matches the best opportunities to each user's profile in real time. Instead of scrolling through endless postings, users are notified the moment a strong match becomes available. The searching and vetting happen in the background, so the candidate can focus only on the opportunities that actually fit.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build and improve the Job-Hopper platform. This is a junior-level role for a developer who is eager to learn and ready to contribute across both the front end and the back end. You will work alongside and support our more senior developers, taking on real features while growing your skills. You will collaborate across the team in a fully remote, fast-moving environment. It is a strong fit for someone with roughly 1 to 3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership and grow alongside an early-stage company.

We actively encourage applications from candidates who require U.S. work authorization sponsorship, including individuals on H1B, OPT, and STEM OPT. Sponsorship support may be available for qualified candidates.

• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Experience with a modern framework such as React, Next.js, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or managed database services such as Supabase
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven product development
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to take ownership and see work through without heavy oversight
• Vision and ambition, with an interest in growing into greater responsibility as the company scales
• The adaptability to wear several hats and move quickly in a rapidly growing company
