INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Crystal City, VA. This hybrid role requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver secure software solutions for government-facing projects.

You will work across the stack, using React for front-end, Java/Spring for back-end, and AWS for cloud infrastructure, with opportunities to learn Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies in a fast-paced government environment.

INTEGRITYOne Partners - Full Stack Developer

Location: Crystal City, VA

Hybrid, periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days/month)

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. You'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop systems that keep our country safe and secure.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days per month) in Crystal City, VA
• Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience; however we are actively hiring across multiple experience levels, including more senior candidates.
• Leveling and compensation will be determined based on years of experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications
• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable applications
• Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus
