Job summary

CTC Group seeks Schedulers for SETA roles at Fort Meade to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligning milestones, resources, and objectives. You will integrate multiple project schedules into a Master Schedule and collaborate with program managers, engineers, and customers for updates.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, along with experience supporting a Government customer and using scheduling tools like FACTS/CMIS/JIRA.

Qualifications

  • Six (6) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or two (2) years with an Associate's degree.
  • One (1) year of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules for programs.
  • Integrate multiple project schedules into a Master Schedule.
  • Collaborate with managers, engineers, technical teams, and customers for updates.
  • Use MS Project, Primavera to develop and manage schedules.
  • Establish baselines, version control, configuration management, and change-control processes.
  • Support schedule build, testing, deployment, and integration activities.
  • Link schedules to program objectives, investments, and portfolios.
  • Identify critical paths, milestones, risks, and constraints.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on delays and resource limits.
  • Prepare schedule analyses and briefings for reviews.
  • Communicate schedule status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • At senior level, facilitate recurring schedule meetings and crosswalks.

Job description

CTC Group is seeking Schedulers for SETA positions supporting complex technical and mission-focused programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that bring together program activities, milestones, resources, dependencies, and technical objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational programs
  • Integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program or Project Schedule
  • Collaborate with program managers, engineers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to collect schedule updates and maintain accurate program status
  • Use Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other customer-mandated scheduling tools to develop and manage schedules
  • Establish and maintain schedule baselines, version control, configuration management, and change-control processes
  • Maintain schedule environments and support schedule build, testing, deployment, and integration activities
  • Link project schedules to overarching program objectives, investment portfolios, functional areas, and Integrated Master Plans
  • Identify critical paths, milestones, interdependencies, schedule risks, and resource constraints
  • Provide recommendations to program leadership for addressing schedule conflicts, resource limitations, and potential delays
  • Provide programmatic support using customer tools and processes such as FACTS, CMIS, JIRA, and Acquisition Review Boards
  • Prepare schedule analyses, status updates, briefings, and other materials for customer and program reviews
  • Clearly communicate schedule status, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • At the senior level, facilitate recurring schedule meetings and coordinate milestone and dependency crosswalks across projects and functional areas
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, commensurate with the applicable skill level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project; Primavera experience is also valued
  • Experience providing programmatic support directly to a Government customer
  • Experience with customer programmatic tools and processes such as FACTS, CMIS, JIRA, and Acquisition Review Boards
Level 1 Qualifications
  • Six (6) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • Two (2) years experience with an Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline

Level 2 Qualifications
  • Twelve (12) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • Eight (8) years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or
  • Six (6) years experience with a Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
    • Shall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
Level 3 Qualifications
  • Sixteen (16) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • Twelve (12) years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or
  • Ten (10) years experience with a Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
    • Shall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
Pay Information

The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development. The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000.
