In this full‑time role, you'll spend your days designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, from engaging front‑end experiences to robust back‑end functionality. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of developers to enhance our Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self‑Service, Payroll, and HR platforms, troubleshoot and optimize systems used daily by hundreds of thousands of users, and work with internal stakeholders and external developers to ensure seamless integrations and exceptional performance.
