Job summary

Redhorse Corporation in Arlington, VA is seeking engineers to design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing multi-step workflows. You will develop orchestration pipelines, integrate government-approved LLMs, and build scalable microservices.

You will work on secure coding practices, CI/CD, and ATO activities, shaping data ingestion, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and integration with enterprise analytics tools to deliver reliable, secure AI solutions for mission

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing multi-step workflows.
• Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate government-approved LLMs into enterprise apps.
• Build data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize AI workflows for security, performance, explainability, and reliability.
• Develop APIs supporting AI-enabled applications.
• Integrate knowledge graphs with enterprise analytics and AI reasoning.
• Develop scalable microservices and containerized applications.
• Integrate entity resolution tooling into the platform.
• Design and maintain knowledge graphs for mission data.
• Develop semantic search and context-aware information retrieval solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing.
• Implement secure coding practices consistent with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and support Authority to Operate (ATO) activities.
