Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join a DoD-focused AI transformation program. You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable applications that integrate agentic AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs within DoD environments.

The role requires delivering enterprise software to government production environments, with hands-on AI/ML initiatives, agile collaboration, and a focus on secure, reliable mission-focused software solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years as a full stack developer; experience with government or defense programs preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments and with AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design autonomous AI agents for planning and execution of multi-step workflows.
• Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate government-approved LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable microservices and containerized applications.
• Implement secure coding practices per DoD cybersecurity requirements.
