Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer to support DoD AI transformation efforts. You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable applications that integrate agentic AI, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and traditional enterprise software within DoD environments.

Join a team collaborating with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and mission users to deliver enterprise analytics platforms and autonomous reasoning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and TS/SCI clearance
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments
• Experience on Agile, cross-functional teams delivering cloud-based solutions
• Understanding RMF/NIST security practices and secure SDLC practices
• Ability to translate mission requirements into AI-enabled software solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents for planning and execution
• Develop orchestration pipelines for agent frameworks
• Integrate government-approved LLMs into enterprise apps
• Build architectures and ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured data
• Optimize AI workflows for security, performance, explainability
• Develop secure APIs for AI-enabled applications
• Integrate knowledge graphs and analytics tools
• Create scalable microservices and containerized apps
• Incorporate entity resolution tooling and semantic search
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Maintain secure coding practices and assist in ATO activities
