Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support DoD AI transformation efforts. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission users to deliver agentic AI and knowledge-graph features within an enterprise analytics platform.

The role focuses on secure, scalable applications integrating AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs inside DoD environments, enabling autonomous reasoning, workflow automation, and mission planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years as a full stack developer.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments.
• Experience with Agile and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step workflows.
• Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (government-approved) into enterprise applications.
• Develop architectures and ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize AI workflows for security, performance, explainability, and reliability.
• Develop APIs supporting AI-enabled applications.
• Support integration of knowledge graph databases and analytics tools.
• Develop scalable microservices and containerized applications.
• Integrate entity resolution tooling into the platform.
• Support knowledge graphs representing mission data.
• Develop semantic search and context-aware information retrieval solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing.
• Implement secure coding practices per DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and ATO support.
