Capsa in New York is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the pipeline across paid, owned, social, and in-person channels. You will work directly with the CEO and CRO on positioning and narrative, building systems from the ground up as a first marketing hire.

You will lead integrated campaigns, manage HubSpot as the engine, and partner with Sales to ensure data-driven results. This role reports to the Marketing team and is an in-office position in NYC.

Competenze

• Several years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation or growth marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech startup.
• Hands-on HubSpot ownership and operations.

Mansioni

• Own pipeline targets and report on ICP demos and stage conversion weekly.
• Run HubSpot as the engine: campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, attribution, nurture, and reporting.
