Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Manager within its Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice in the United States. You will lead hands-on design and delivery of AI-enabled identity, access, and data protection solutions, shaping proposals and building reusable accelerators for clients.

You will mentor teams, drive quality, manage timelines, and collaborate across engagements while advancing technical solutions and trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection.
• 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, based on work and clients.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build team capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
