Job summary

Elliptic, a leader in digital asset decisioning, is seeking an engineer for the Collection Engineering team in Washington. You will help build tools powering our intelligence platform used by regulators, financial institutions, and law enforcement to fight crypto crime.

Working with data scientists, analysts and researchers, you will design services, deploy AI-enabled workflows, and implement observability while partnering across time zones in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Great coding skills in TypeScript
• Ability to engineer good solutions
• Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones

Responsibilities

• Design and build software tools to improve our intelligence collection and analysis efforts, from Kubernetes services to autonomous agents.
• Build and ship agentic AI systems with governance, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with analysts and researchers to automate processes and apply AI where appropriate.
• Develop software to analyze cryptocurrency usage behaviors and trends.
• Implement observability mechanisms and run the associated business processes to resolve issues.
