Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team meetings.
6. Stay up to date with new technology trends and best practices in web development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/Core.
4. Experience with MS SQL Server and database design.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
6. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Azure or other cloud services.
2. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
3. Experience in building scalable, high-performing applications.
