Meta GO Systems is seeking an experienced full-stack software developer to lead architectural decisions for our support platform and internal tooling ecosystem. You will drive scalable solutions, improve operational workflows at scale across a multinational environment, and mentor engineers to raise technical craft.

You will partner with product, legal, partnerships, and business teams to translate complex operational needs into robust technical solutions, champion design reviews, and advance

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping full-stack projects across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• 3+ years driving end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team technical projects.
• Experience architecting and scaling internal tooling platforms or operational support systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
• Define and contribute to the long-term technical architecture and roadmap for GO Systems tooling.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the GO tooling ecosystem to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Champion design reviews, code quality, and incident management processes.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve workflow efficiency and support experience.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and influence roadmaps across partner engineering teams.
• Develop business cases and technical proposals for new tooling supporting consumers, businesses, and partners.
• Mentor engineers to elevate craft and promote operational excellence.
