Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group in New York City is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to help build an AI-native platform. This hybrid NYC role requires three days in the Flatiron District office and focuses on shipping features end-to-end across the stack.

You will own frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/Python) services, collaborate with business users to automate workflows, and develop AI-powered platform capabilities for production use.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-time, post-graduation experience as a Software Engineer or Product Engineer.
• Experience at a major technology company or late-stage startup known for rigorous engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering (60%): Own features end to end across the stack, including React and TypeScript frontends and Node.js and Python services.
• Business Collaboration (20%): Work directly with business users to understand and automate manual workflows such as invoicing, PDF handling, and approvals.
• Build platform capabilities including email ingestion, document generation, and integrations with tools such as Harvest and DocuSign.
• Develop production AI features using LLMs and agentic workflows as core platform capabilities.
• Product Planning (20%): Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders on planning and roadmapping.
• Use AI tools in daily development while exercising sound engineering judgment about when to rely on generated code and when to write or validate code manually.
