Job summary

Harnham in New York (preferred) leads a small AI and Innovation team building a predictive analytics platform for major investment and real estate decisions. You will own core platform capabilities and guide architectural direction, shaping AI-powered products at scale.

You’ll develop full‑stack apps with Python, React, and TypeScript, surface ML insights through intuitive interfaces, and work with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable

Qualifications

Proven experience building scalable full-stack software products.
Strong Python development and API design abilities.
Experience in product-focused or 0-to-1 environments; exposure to AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and own core platform capabilities including APIs and shared services.
Develop full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript.
Surface ML insights through intuitive user interfaces and dashboards.
Integrate AI workflows into production environments.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Applied AI Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable software solutions.
Contribute to code quality, deployment pipelines, testing practices, and engineering standards.
