Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group is seeking a Software Engineer for their AI Agent Platform in San Francisco, CA. This role is full-time and in-person, offering a base salary range of $200k–$280k with competitive equity and visa sponsorship.

You'll work across the full stack, building customer-facing experiences with React and TypeScript, developing APIs, and maintaining high-traffic production systems. Strong ownership and hands-on coding are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack product engineering experience.
• React/frontend experience is required.
• Experience shipping polished customer-facing web products in production.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience with APIs and services behind the product.
• Experience as a primary individual contributor on meaningful projects.
• Experience designing and deploying high-traffic products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership.
• Ambition, adaptability and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship polished customer-facing products and the systems behind them.
• Build customer-facing product experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Develop APIs and backend services supporting those experiences.
• Build UI experiences for AI agent research traces.
• Debug connectivity between client and server states to improve consistency.
• Define models and standards for API contracts.
• Codify team-wide engineering processes and reusable tooling.
• Triaging production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Design, deploy, and maintain high-traffic production systems.
