Job summary

Pogo in New York seeks a Full Stack Engineer to own meaningful parts of our enterprise AI SaaS product, from idea to production. You’ll work across frontend and backend, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to deliver user-facing features.

You will design AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs, and partner with GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools that streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Ability to design, build and ship features end-to-end.
• Strong product and design sensibilities and taste.
• Ability to learn new tools and start from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and own user-facing features from idea to production.
• Plan, architect, and ship features with engineering, product, and design.
• Design, build AI agents, backend services, APIs and UIs.
