Job summary

G-P is seeking a Fullstack AI Engineer in the United States to build and scale AI-driven web applications. The role involves delivering end-to-end features across the frontend and backend, and integrating Generative AI workflows with LLM APIs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own core product features, and help shape the future of AI-powered HR solutions. This remote-first role offers opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs, and vector DBs into web apps.
• Strong UI/UX and user-centered design.
• Backend development in Python, Node.js, or Go with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Experience CI/CD and deploying to cloud (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web apps and Generative AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Manage cloud deployment processes and optimize performance.
• Integrate LLM APIs and backend services.
• Develop backend services using Python/Node.js/Go.
• Support cloud infrastructure with AWS.
