Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Fullstack AI Engineer who loves building AI-powered web apps with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will design and deliver scalable, modern frontends using React/Next.js and work across the full stack, including cloud services.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to ship features, integrate LLM APIs, and optimize AI workflows in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Location: United States (US-based).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) and vector databases.
• Strong UI/UX and user-centered design.
• Backend development with Python/NodeJS/Go and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Track record of building scalable, production-grade apps.
• CI/CD and cloud deployment experience.
• AWS or similar cloud platforms experience.
• Excellent communication and proactive mindset.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving env.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate needs into features.
• Manage cloud deployment processes and optimize model/application performance.
• Develop backend services using Python, NodeJS, or Go and manage AWS infrastructure.
• Integrate LLM APIs and backend services for AI-powered experiences.
