Scale GP, Scale's enterprise Generative AI platform, is building an AI Enablement team to ground AI in real workflows. You will work with product, forward-deployed engineers, data scientists, and applied AI teams to turn real problems into scalable production solutions.

The role spans frontends to distributed backends and LLM integrations, requiring comfort shipping fast and owning outcomes across the stack. This is a 0→1 team in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Solid full-stack fundamentals with ownership of features shipped.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or modern AI data products/tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack features end-to-end from design to production deployment.
• Develop backend services in Typescript/Python and work with distributed systems and AI/ML infra.
• Integrate LLMs and vector databases to power intelligent workflows.
• Ship quickly while maintaining high quality and reliability.
