Superhuman is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to join our engineering teams. You will build the next generation of AI agents and end-to-end product experiences that integrate with tools people use daily.

You’ll ship features quickly, collaborate with product, design, and customer teams, and help scale our interfaces, algorithms, and infrastructure while embracing a data‑driven, experimentation‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience across product, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Proficient in modern web development and API design.
• Experience deploying and debugging production systems at scale.
• Understanding of authentication and data flows with third‑party services.
• Comfort with data‑driven experimentation.
• Committed to reliability, quality, and user experience.
• Independent, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Efficiently manages priorities across multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Start building and shipping code in your first week.
• Build full‑stack AI agents for key workflows.
• Develop end‑to‑end agent experiences from triggers to actions.
• Enhance connector capabilities including reads, writes, auth, and observability.
• Prototype new agent experiences and iterate with user feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and customer teams.
• Help establish reusable engineering foundations and practices.
• Adopt a data‑driven, experimentation‑first culture.
