Superhuman is hiring Full-Stack Software Engineers to join our engineering teams. You will build core parts of the product, infrastructure, and features to help 40 million users write more clearly and effectively every day.

You will work across Front-End and Back-End, contributing to highly visible projects while growing in a fast-paced environment. We value ownership, documentation, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of Full-Stack development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
• Familiarity with modern web client development and testing tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong focus on end-user experience and high-quality software.
• Collaborative skills across Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Start building and shipping code in the first week, delivering impactful features.
• Build and support production services on the back-end and create rich front-end interfaces.
• Aim for high availability for consumer and enterprise users.
• Learn infrastructure as code (IaC) and related tooling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer delightful product features.
• Contribute to an engineering culture focused on docs, tests, and UX.
• Evaluate current systems and propose scalable architectures.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
