Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, prototype, and operationalize AI-powered agents within enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with Redpanda FDE engineers, architects, and application owners to build scalable, secure solutions across HR, IT, and Supply Chain domains.

The role requires 7+ years of software engineering, strong REST API skills, and experience across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Agent and AI Solution Development: design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Redpanda ADP and related frameworks; configure prompts, MCP integrations, and multi-agent workflows; ensure observability and production readiness.
• Full Stack Application Development: build modern web apps, dashboards, and user experiences; develop front-end with React/Angular; create back-end services and APIs.
• API and Enterprise Integration Engineering: design and maintain MCPs, connectors, API wrappers, service integrations; manage authentication and secrets.
• Cloud and Platform Engineering: develop solutions on AWS-based environments; support containers, CI/CD, observability, and deployment automation.
• Agentic Use Case Incubation: prototype, demo, and industrialize AI-enabled workflows with business stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Technical Leadership: mentor junior engineers; contribute to architecture decisions and reference implementations.
