Job summary

PFM is seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise AI solutions and modern business applications. The role combines full-stack engineering with AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

The candidate will build AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and integrations while ensuring alignment with security, governance, and enterprise standards across meetings with CIO, Product Manager, and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years developing enterprise software applications.
Minimum of two years building AI-enabled applications or generative AI solutions.
Experience delivering production-ready applications with modern software practices.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.
Build AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search, and vector databases.
Develop reusable AI components, prompt libraries, and services.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications and enterprise platforms.
Monitor AI solution performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
