Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong programming skills: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding authentication, authorization, APIs, and security patterns.

Responsibilities

• Agent and AI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Redpanda ADP and related agent frameworks.
• Full Stack Application Development: Build modern web applications, dashboards, and user experiences supporting agentic workflows.
• API and Enterprise Integration Engineering: Design and implement integrations with Enterprise systems; maintain MCPs, connectors, and service integrations.
• Cloud and Platform Engineering: Develop solutions on AWS-based environments; support containers, CI/CD, observability, and deployment automation.
• Agentic Use Case Incubation: Translate processes into agent-enabled workflows; prototype and industrialize solutions.
• Collaboration and Technical Leadership: Mentor NCG resources, contribute to architecture decisions, and scale the CIO FDE Office model.
