Job summary

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, service, closing, and side-work procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, front desk, banquets, housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Monitor food presentation, service standards, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and cost controls.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
