Diana Health, Inc. is seeking a CNM to join a growing OB/GYN practice in Dallas, TX.

The role involves independently delivering full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic and collaborating closely with OB/GYNs, RNs, and lactation specialists to support obstetric and gynecologic services. You will lead on Labor & Delivery coverage, triage emergent obstetric cases, provide first assist support, and engage in continuous quality improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs preferred).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic including obstetric/gynecologic services.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house clinical coverage.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients in collaboration with RNs/OB/GYNs.
• Provide first assist surgical support.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
