Job summary

Law Firms seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Defense Attorney to join our California-based practice in a fully remote capacity. Requirements include 3+ years of California construction litigation experience, active California Bar admission, and strong discovery, motion practice, and legal writing skills.

You will represent contractors, developers, property owners, and other construction-industry clients, handling all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably focused on construction litigation.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and legal writing.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration, and/or trial preparation.

Billable Hours: 1,850 annually

Our clients are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Defense Attorney to join a well-established California law firm in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of California construction litigation experience

• Manage a caseload of construction litigation defense matters from inception through resolution.


• Represent contractors, developers, property owners, subcontractors, design professionals, and other construction-industry clients.


• Handle all phases of litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180k-$270k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
