Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice regarding liability, risk, and exposure.
• Communicate regularly with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare timely and accurate client reports and case updates.
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and overall matter progression.

Required Qualifications
