The firm offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil litigation matters, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and develop valuable litigation skills while managing cases and representing clients throughout the litigation process.

Position Overview:

The Civil Litigation Attorney will handle a range of civil litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and supporting cases through various stages of litigation.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of civil litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.


• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.


• Manage discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, reviewing documents, and preparing discovery-related motions.


• Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of attorney experience handling civil litigation matters.


• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.


• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.


• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.


• Familiarity with California court procedures and civil litigation practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is between [$120,000–$180,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
