We're a California litigation firm hiring a REMOTE Employment Defense Attorney. Work fully remote, with real cases, a collaborative team, and room to grow.

You've got:

• Active California Bar license, in good standing

• Employment litigation experience (level flexible — we're hiring across the board)

• Strong writing, sound judgment, and the drive to own your matters

• $180,000–$300,000/year base + discretionary year-end bonus

Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Unlimited PTO (with the 1,800-hour billable target met)

• Fully remote flexibility anywhere in California
